These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the veld.digital website and any services provided by Hatchworks (Pty) Ltd (Registration No. 2025/674064/07), trading as Veld Agency ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Veld Agency (Hatchworks (Pty) Ltd) provides web design, development, and digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Custom website design and development
• Free website audits
• Conversion optimisation
• Growth systems and CRM setup
• Managed marketing platform services
• Social media management and paid advertising

2. Free Website Audit

Our free website audit is provided at no cost and with no obligation to engage our paid services. The audit represents our honest assessment of your current website and is intended to provide genuine value. Results are personalised and based on information provided by you.

3. Payments and Fees

• All project fees are agreed in writing before work commences.
• A 50% deposit is required before project work begins.
• The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before final delivery.
• Payment is accepted via bank transfer to our nominated Wise account.
• All fees are quoted in the agreed currency (USD, GBP, EUR, or ZAR).
• Invoices are due within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of all deliverables (website files, designs, and code) transfers to the client. Until full payment is received, all work remains the intellectual property of Veld Agency (Hatchworks (Pty) Ltd).

We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to complete your project
• Supply required assets (logo, images, copy) in a timely manner
• Provide feedback and approvals within agreed timeframes
• Ensure you have the rights to any materials you provide to us

Delays caused by late provision of assets or approvals may affect delivery timelines. Veld Agency is not liable for delays caused by the client.

7. Delivery and Timelines

Project timelines are estimates based on information available at the time of agreement. Timelines begin from the date all required assets are received from the client. We will communicate any changes to expected delivery dates as soon as possible.

8. Revisions

Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as agreed in the project scope. Revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees, which will be communicated and agreed before work proceeds.

9. Limitation of Liability

Veld Agency (Hatchworks (Pty) Ltd) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability in relation to any project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that project.

10. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number through any form on this website, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Veld Agency (Hatchworks (Pty) Ltd) including appointment reminders, project updates, and marketing communications. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
