By engaging Veld Agency for web design services or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all clients and visitors of veld.digital.
Services
Veld Agency provides web design, development, and related digital services as agreed upon during the project brief. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline are confirmed in writing before work begins.
We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
- After payment: Full ownership of the delivered website design and code transfers to the client upon receipt of final payment.
- Before payment: All work-in-progress designs, code, and assets remain the intellectual property of Veld Agency.
- Portfolio rights: Veld Agency retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and on our website, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
- Third-party assets: Any stock photography, fonts, icons, or plugins used in the project are licensed separately. The client is responsible for maintaining any required licences post-delivery.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate content, branding assets, and feedback in a timely manner
- Ensure you have the legal right to use any content or images you supply to us
- Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeframe (delays caused by the client may affect delivery dates)
- Maintain your own domain registration, hosting, and any third-party subscriptions after handover
Payment
Payment is due only after the client has reviewed and approved the final deliverable. Payment is processed securely via PayGate. Once payment is made, the project is considered accepted and delivered.

Limitation of Liability
Veld Agency is not liable for:
- Downtime, data loss, or security breaches on third-party hosting platforms (Netlify, Vercel, etc.) after project handover
- Any loss of revenue, business, or data resulting from use of the delivered website
- Issues arising from the client's modifications to the delivered code after handover
Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
